  • Salary range: $40,000-$80,000, Sweet spot: $45,000-$60,000
  • Major cities: $55,000-$80,000, Other markets: $40,000-$60,000
  • Hourly: $20-$40/hour   Sweet Spot: $22-$30/hour
  • Bonus: Customary

A front office manager is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and guest services of a hotel, resort, or other type of establishment. They are in charge of leading and managing the front office staff and ensuring that the front office runs smoothly, efficiently and that guests have a positive experience. Their responsibilities includes managing the front office staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance, Developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures, managing the front office budget and financial performance, overseeing guest check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest complaints or concerns, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and monitoring front office supplies and equipment.

Job Description
